More importantly, talk to your family doctor first before going for these screening tests.
A minimum 8 hours of fasting is required before the screening to ensure accurate result in your cholesterol profile and glucose tests. Food and beverages are not allowed during fasting period. However, plain water is strongly encouraged.

For those who are on high blood pressure medications or other prescribed medications, kindly proceed with your standard everyday practice. For those who are diabetic and on food restriction, please take your medicine as usual with plain water.
You should not undergo the screening if you are having fever or feeling giddy.
Pregnant ladies are not advisable to attend the health screening.
It is advisable to do these tests 7 days after the last day of your menstruation cycle.
